Rancho Room (seating up to 200)
The Rancho Room has beautiful vaulted wooden ceilings, brass trimmed fixtures, a permanent oak dance floor, and a built in stage equipped with professional lighting and sound. The curtains on the north wall open to a panoramic view of the hills.
French doors lead out to the Rancho Room deck, brick patio and lawn area.
Lawn and Gardens (seating up to 250)
A picturesque setting with a beautiful deep green lawn, vine-festooned gazebo, a shady grove of pines featuring an outdoor stage, al fresco bar, a large open grill area, patios, decks and more. Memorable views of rolling hills, pastures and farmland.
Western Room (seating up to 50)
This smaller and more intimate dining room is a perfect location for meetings, parties and rehearsal dinners. The western motif dining room with its own private sheltered deck adjoins the classic western bar with wagon wheels and a cozy brick fireplace.
Rental fees and packages vary depending on the guest count, the space rented,
the day of the week, the time of the event and the time of year.
The following are just a few examples of our typical rental fees and packages:
A private “Western Room” rental which accommodates up to 50 guests runs between $250-$500 weekdays
(Monday through Thursday) and $1000 on weekends. (Plus food, beverage, tax and gratuity).
An all-inclusive private weekend “Rancho Room” buyout. We close the Rancho Room and Lawn to the public for a 5-hour period. Extended periods of time can be arranged in advance. Buyout prices range from $17,500-$25,000 plus tax and gratuity. The buyout is for 150 guests and additional guests will be billed from $75- $100 per person. The menus can be chosen from our banquet selection or we will design a menu especially for you. The Package prices vary depending on day of week and bar selections. Wine, Beer, Liquor, Champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, food service, staffing, linens, tables, chairs, plates, glasses, cutlery, set-up and breakdown are included. The wedding cake, photographer, flowers, music, custom décor and ceremonies would be an additional expense.
(Weddings for less than 100 guests can also be customized)
A daytime “Rancho Room” weekend event (12-5) and weekday evening event (including Fridays and all days off season) can be customized for a $2500-$5000 rental fee plus food, beverage, tax and gratuity.
A $500 ceremony fee includes the use of the “cottage” which is conveniently located on the property.
We have professional sound and lighting technicians on staff, and an on-site music coordinator for assistance with musical entertainment and bands. The cost of the sound system, including the technician is $500. Rancho Nicasio does have outdoor amplified music restrictions and we require approval of your DJ or band.
Rancho Nicasio offers ample free parking on-site. Arrangements can be made with a local bus company to have your guests shuttled to and from the event.
A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
