The following are just a few examples of our most popular rental fees and packages.

An all-inclusive private weekend buyout. We close the Rancho Room and Lawn to the public for a 5-hour period. Extended periods of time can be arranged in advance. Buyout prices range from $18,000 – $25,000 plus tax and gratuity for up to 150 guests. Additional guests will be billed at $100 per person. The menus can be chosen from our banquet selection or we will design a menu especially for you. The Package prices vary depending on the season, day of week, bar selections and guest count.

Wine, Beer, Liquor, Champagne, non- alcoholic beverages, food service, staffing, linens, tables, chairs, plates, glasses, cutlery, set-up and breakdown are included. The wedding cake, photographer, flowers, music, custom décor and ceremonies would be an additional expense. (Weddings for less than 100 guests can also be customized)

A daytime Rancho Room weekend event (12-5) and weekday evening event (including Fridays and all days off season) can be customized for a $2500-5000 rental fee plus food, beverage, tax and gratuity.

A private Western Room rental which accommodates up to 50 guests is $1,000 on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) and $3,500 on weekends. (plus food, beverage, minimums, tax and gratuity).

A ceremony fee of $500 is an additional charge. It includes the use of the ”cottage” and an additional hour for arrival, seating and the ceremony itself.

We have professional sound and lighting technicians on staff, and an on-site music coordinator for assistance with musical entertainment and bands. The cost of the sound system, including the technician is $500. Rancho Nicasio does have outdoor amplified music restrictions and we require approval of your DJ or band.

Rancho Nicasio offers ample free parking on-site. Arrangements can be made with a local bus company to have your guests shuttled to and from the event.
